Strengthening the Lead Migration Limits under NEW Toy Safety Standard EN71-3:2013+A3:2018

Last year, Toys directive was amended by Council Directive 2017/738 in which migration limits of lead were significantly lowered. Regarding this change, European Committee for Standardization (CEN) published EN 71-3:2013+A3:2018 in June 2018. This standard will be effective on 28 October 2018 and will be harmonized under Directive 2009/48/EC on 28 Feb 2019.
